Information on shipping and payment

We dispatch orders in a postal parcel with payment by transfer. The dispatch of the package will take place within 3 working days after receiving the money to our account.

Shipping charges:
The postage within Europe is 1500 Ft for wrist-, pocket- and alarm watches. For wall and standing clock orders, we deliver on preliminary price compliance. Outside Europe, we deliver only on preliminary consultation and compliance.

Delivery timescales
Orders - if items are on stock - are shipped within 2-4 working days after receiving and confirming the order.

The right to waive purchase
Both Customer and Seller are eligible for cancelling purchase. Orders can be cancelled until 17.00hrs on the working day following the day when your order has been placed, or before your order is shipped. Cancellations received within the timescale described above are free of charge.

When placing an order, Customer has the right to waive the purchase as defined by the governmental decree of 17/1999 (02.15.). If the ordered item is intact and complete, and suitable to be sold, Customer has the right to waive purchase without justifying his decision within 8 working days. Customer can practise this right from the date of delivery.
Seller is obliged to issue a full refund immediately, but not later than within 30 days following waiver.

Any additional charges arising from returning the items are paid by Customer.
In the event of faulty delivery all additional charges are paid by our company.

Exchange and repurchase
Orders can be exchanged within 8 working days after delivery according to applicable laws and regulations.

Exchange guarantee is granted for unused and undamaged items only.

Seller will give a full refund only in case the returned item is in its original condition, it is faulty, and the packaging is intact and contains everything. Seller is eligible to demand compensation for any losses due to misuse, or accidental damage due to faulty packaging.

Packaging and postal charges for exchange, repurchase or waiver must be paid by Customer.

Warning
We can only exchange an item if it is returned in its original packaging along with theoriginal invoice.
